Day 1

Week 1
A written scope document: what we will build, how it is structured, what done looks like. You review. We agree. That is the standard.
Weeks 2–N
Our engineers build your platform. You have visibility throughout. You do not pay during this phase.
Final week
The platform is handed to you. You test against the agreed scope. We resolve anything that does not meet the standard.
When ready
When you are satisfied the work meets the agreed standard, you confirm. We raise the invoice. Not before.
