Every CloudOI engineer has delivered production Azure environments for enterprise clients — not lab environments, not demos, not internal projects. We have built multi-workload platforms covering data, finance, HR, integration, and virtual desktop simultaneously for the same client. We can walk you through the architecture of what we have built. We do not do our learning on your engagement.
We produce a written scope document before work begins. It describes exactly what we will build and what the acceptance standard is. That document protects both parties. If we deliver what the scope describes to the agreed standard, we get paid. If we do not, we resolve it until we do. We operate this way because we know our engineers can deliver.
We build platforms that run themselves — automated operations, monitoring, alerting, and pipeline-driven changes. Your internal team can operate them without us. If you want CloudOI available for ongoing changes, extensions, and operational support, we offer a retained engagement model. That is optional and discussed after initial delivery.
We have built enterprise Azure platforms with 96 identity groups, 81 access packages, 19 distinct workload environments (each with Prod, Dev, and QA), hub-and-spoke networking with centralised firewall, and automated deployment pipelines — simultaneously, for a single client. If your environment is complex, that is exactly the kind of work we are built for.
Contact us and describe what you need. Our service pages cover our most common engagements. If your workload is adjacent — a platform we have not listed, an integration with a system we have not named — we will tell you honestly whether we can deliver it and at what confidence level. We do not take on work we cannot complete.
It depends on scope. A focused foundation or identity engagement can complete in weeks; multi-workload migration or full platform builds take longer. On the discovery call we outline a realistic timeline against your constraints. You always have a written scope before build starts.
Azure is our core. We also build private cloud on your own infrastructure when public cloud is not the right path, and we integrate hybrid and multi-system estates that include on-premises and SaaS. If your primary platform is not Azure, we will say so clearly on the first call.
Yes. CloudOI Technologies Inc. is an authorised indirect reseller in the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) programme, so we can supply Azure subscriptions and Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform licences directly. You get one monthly invoice covering licences and Azure consumption, and tier-1 support from the engineers who built your platform rather than a service desk seeing your estate for the first time. It is optional — we will build your platform on subscriptions you already hold if you prefer.
It means CloudOI is your reseller and partner of record for Microsoft cloud services, transacting through a Microsoft-authorised indirect provider who handles the underlying contract with Microsoft. Practically: we provision and manage your subscriptions, we bill you, and we are your first line of support with an escalation path into Microsoft. Your tenant, your directory, and your data remain yours throughout, and your subscriptions stay portable — you can move them to another partner or direct to Microsoft whenever you choose. If your volume means an Enterprise Agreement is the better commercial fit, we will tell you that instead of selling you CSP.
